Wine Is - Home Delivery service Terms and Conditions

We offer a quality driven service. By Placing An Order, The Customer Is Accepting All Provisions, Terms, And Conditions Herein. Please call or e-mail us With Any Questions or Concerns Before Ordering. Our wines are acquired from a verity of trade sources and wine producers from different countries. All wines are stored in climate controlled storage facilities.

a) All prices are £ UK Pounds, subject to stock availability.

b) Wine Is may refuse any order. We won't sell wine to anyone who isn't 18 years old or over. If you are buying a case of wine as a gift - the recipient must also be over 18 years old.

c) We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or terminate any special offer at any time. Prices and Vintages are subject to change without notice.

d) Our Special Offers and Case Saving Offers are based on ordering 12 X 75 cl. bottles.

e) We reserve the right to determine the propriety of shipping instructions and may refuse to ship if we deem it inappropriate or unsafe.

f) All paid orders will be delivered "door to door", unless client specify otherwise at the time of the order. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

g) In the case of breakage during transport, Wine Is will only replace un-opened broken bottles (i.e. with un-broken capsule or cork inside the bottle's neck) free of charge.

h) On older vintages, we make every effort to secure wines that are in top condition, for wines that are five years old or older it is the industry standard that such wines are purchased at the buyer's risk in case of a problem.
